​The National Alternative Analysis Association (Nat3A) is committed to promoting

alternative analysis (AA) or red teaming (RT) as an academic field, a profession, and an industry. AA/RT is a widely-accepted facet of the security and defense industries, and is specifically mentioned in the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 (IRTPA). ​
